Manal Younus

Manal Younus is a story teller who uses the spoken and written word to build and connect with audiences. Her poetry explores and strengthens her identity as well as well as stimulating thought and discussions amongst those around her. Manal facilitates writing and performance workshops in schools, community groups and professional environments to encourage others to develop their own voices. In 2015 she published her first book of Poetry called REAP. She has appeared on ABC’s QandA, presented a Ted Talk and represented Australia at the Georgetown Literary Festival in Malaysia.
