Namila Benson is a broadcaster, media trainer and national radio producer who decolonises narratives via the airwaves. For over two decades working across multiple media platforms, Namila continues to spark vital conversations that explore race, culture and identity politics. She runs media and podcast training workshops across Melbourne and overseas, often mentoring young people from diverse backgrounds in the early stages of their media journey. Outside of media, motherhood and ghostwriting commitments, she loves digging for quality black artists to add to her prized vinyl collection.
