Wida Tausif is a young Author, story teller, public speaker, women’s rights activist, a poet, magazine reporter, a community advocate, Ambassador of No Hunger Australia and has won many awards including Miss Intelligent at the Miss South Asia Australasia Beauty Pageant, 2017 Armaan Community Award, Afghan Community recognition award, Runner up of 2017 Creative writing competition, has received 2 peace awards from worldpoetry, No Hunger appreciation award. In 2017, Wida was nominated for the Victorian Womens roll award and Victorian Young Achievers award for 2018 and in 2017 she was also a Nationalist Finalist for Miss Galaxy Australia 2018. From a very young age, Wida dreamt of becoming a writer and a role model through community engagement for the community. It seemed quite impossible for her but she had a firm believe that she would make her dreams come true. Wida now has two published Children’s fiction “Aliens Don’t Belong On Earth and Don’t Give Up On Your Dreams and is involved in her local community.
