It’s an exciting day at EWF HQ! Not only is today the day we announce the winner of the innaugural Richell Prize for Emerging Writers, we’re also opening up our online forms for applications to be part of the Emerging Writers’ Festival in 2016.

If you’ve ever wanted to appear at EWF and talk about your work, or you’ve got an idea you’re itching to get out there- here’s your chance to make that come to life. Pitch us your best ideas for events, topics you want covered at the festival, or things you’re dying to see. Even if you don’t want to appear as an artist, we’d love to hear from you about what you’d love to see as an audience member.

Applications have now closed. Successful applicants can expect to hear from us in late January, 2016*. The 2016 Emerging Writers’ Festival will take place in Melbourne from June 14-24.
