Julia Carlomagno is a senior editor at independent publisher Black Inc. She’s been in publishing just shy of fourteen years, having worked at Scribe Publications and at Penguin Books, where she edited fiction and nonfiction, and at Macmillan, where she edited illustrated books for children. She is a member of the Express Media board and a co-founder (with Joe Toohey) of Scribe Nonfiction Prize for Young Writers. Julia holds a master in publishing and teaches editing at RMIT University.
